As of now, Hospital Playlist will end with season 2.
On Thursday, the production crew told media outlets, “The cast and crew are all willing to work together if season 3 is produced someday. But there are no concrete plans as of now.” This is a response to Sports Chosun’s report about Hospital Playlist closing its curtain after today’s episode.
Previously, director Shin Won Ho commented that he had no plans for season 3 during a press conference.
Meanwhile, Hospital Playlist tells the stories of people living their daily lives, which seem ordinary but actually special, at the hospital. At the center of the series is the perfect chemistry of the five doctors who had been friends for 20 years. Jo Jung Suk, Yoo Yeon Seok, Jung Kyung Ho, Kim Dae Myung, and Jeon Mi Do took the lead and received great love.
Today, the final episode of the Hospital Playlist series will air as a 160-minute episode.
