
According to Korea Film Council, the movie Hard Hit has garnered over 500K moviegoers within ten days of its release, on July 2nd.
This marks the best record for a Korean movie released this year. Plus, the movie has continued to be No. 1 in the box office on the ninth day of its release.
With such enthusiastic support, Hard Hit, which now has become the most successful K-movie of this year, released a clip of Jo Woo Jin, Ji Chang Wook and director Kim Chang Joo. Hard Hit is a thriller that follows Sung Kyu(Jo Woo Jin), a bank branch manager taking his children to school on his way to work. Soon, he faces a crisis when he receives a call from an unknown caller, saying, ‘The moment you get off from the car, a bomb will explode.’
