NU’EST’s Kim Jonghyun is taking his first steps as an actor.
Pledis Entertainment announced on the 9th, “he will appear on I’ll be Your Night (literal title), which starts in the second half of the year. So please give a lot of support to Kim Jong Hyun, who will become a brand new character ‘Lee Shin.'”
The new K-drama series is a romance between the world-renowned singer and the doctor, who discreetly comes to live with the group to cure a member from sleepwalking.
Kim Jong Hyun will play Lee Shin, a member of the global band, LUNA. As a bassist, he is a free soul who is devoted when it comes to love. Furthermore, he has a solid fan base of older girls, and seems he’s living a life full of love as an ideal man figure. However, in the series, he will be on tenterhooks to a secret relationship.
Confirmed his appearance, Kim Jong Hyun certainly plans to fascinate fans with his convincing acting skills as a realistic K-pop idol band member.
I’ll be Your Night (literal title) will begin production in May and start airing in the second half of the year.
