BLACKPINK has unveiled the title of their title track as “Lovesick Girls.”

On Sept. 28, YG Entertainment dropped a teaser poster for the group’s new title track, which was revealed as “Lovesick Girls.” The images of four BLACKPINK members leaning on each other with a lonely look in the dark background reminds us of the image of wandering youth.

Since about a week ago, BLACKPINK has been heating up the atmosphere for their comeback by releasing various content, including teaser posters and teaser videos. As these content indicated a starkly different mood from “How You Like That” and “Ice Cream,” expectations for their new music is already at its peak.

BLACKPINK will release all tracks from their first full-length album, THE ALBUM, on Oct. 2 (12 a.m. EST & 1 p.m. KST). Then on Oct. 14, Netflix original documentary BLACKPINK: Light Up the Sky will also make its debut.
