Lee Hyori candidly shared why she deleted her Instagram account.
On Sept. 14, Kakao TV released the new episode of Face ID (literal title), in which Lee Hyori revealed why she deleted her Instagram account.
She said, “I was habitually looking at my phone for one to two hours. One day, I was looking at my Instagram and Sooni (her cat) was staring at me, and I felt sorry.”
“Another reason was all the requests I received through DM. So many people asked me to lend them money. For me, I can’t just skip them as if they were nothing, and I ponder over them,” Lee Hyori added.
She then continued, “Actually, all the malicious comments weren’t that big of a deal. I can just accept them..,” sharing her honest thoughts.
While getting her makeup, Lee Hyori successfully deleted her account, and regretted for not leaving the last words to her fans. Her husband Lee Sang Soon congratulated on her “exit.”
Meanwhile, Face ID is a new concept of “mobile life” reality that shows the celebs’ phones as they are and lets the viewers see a glimpse into their small but natural daily lives. The new episode is released every Monday at 5 p.m. KST.
