‘It’s Okay to Not Be Okay’ & ‘Backstreet Rookie’ Both Top the Viewership Among All Programs Aired at the Same Time Slot

tvN drama It’s Okay to Not Be Okay, and SBS drama Backstreet Rookie both saw a rise in viewerships.

According to Nielsen Korea, the 5th episode of tvN’s It’s Okay to Not Be Okay, which aired on July 4, recorded an average of 5.2 percent viewership and peaked as high as 5.6 percent. The 2049 viewership, a key index of competitiveness, recorded an average of 3.9 percent and soared up to 4.2 percent, ranking first among all programs aired in the same time slot.

The 6th episode of SBS’s Backstreet Rookie recorded 4.9 percent and 7.9 percent viewership. These figures are 0.3 percent and 2.1 percent rise from the previous episode. In addition, the highest viewership reached 9.8 percent, proving its popularity.

The 57th and 58th episodes of KBS2’s Once Again recorded 23.2 percent and 28.3 percent. Unlike the previous episode where its own all-time high viewership of 32.2 percent was recorded, the drama showed a slight drop.

The 14th episode of TV Chosun’s King Maker: The Change of Destiny recorded an average of 5.493 percent viewership.
