Bruno Mars is ready to return to Korea — and he already has one special guest in mind.
The pop star revealed in an interview with MBC that he plans to perform in Korea next May as part of his ongoing world tour, while also making it clear that he hopes to reunite with BLACKPINK’s Rosé onstage for their global hit “APT.”
“Rosie, if you’re listening, if you’re watching, what do I have to do? For me and you to do ‘APT.’ in Korea. That would be a full circle moment,” Mars said, jokingly adding, “If I can afford her, she’s expensive these days. She doesn’t even answer my calls.”
Mars is set to play four shows at Goyang Stadium in Goyang, beginning May 21st.
The concerts will mark his latest return to Korea after his 2023 shows, where he was struck by the enthusiasm of local fans and their famously loud sing-alongs.
“They gotta hear it. How much they mean to me, how much I wanna be able to perform in front of them,” Mars said of his Korean fans.
He added, “I’d love to do as much shows as possible out there. Do a month residency in Korea. I miss you, Korea.”

The upcoming dates are part of Mars’ large-scale world tour following the release of The Romantic, his first full-length studio album in 10 years. The tour kicked off in Las Vegas in April and has continued to expand with dates across North America and Europe.
Mars and Rosé previously teamed up on “APT.,” which became a major international hit and further strengthened Mars’ connection with Korean audiences.
As for what keeps him inspired onstage and in his music, Mars told MBC, “I think you gotta experience things for yourself. You need to be in touch with your feelings.”
For now, whether Rosé will actually join him during his Korea run remains to be seen — but Mars has made the invitation very public.
