Frédéric Arnault, CEO of luxury brand Loro Piana and widely known as BLACKPINK’s Lisa’s rumored boyfriend, recently visited South Korea and reportedly met with the heads of the country’s top department stores.
According to industry insiders on the 8th, Arnault spent two days in Seoul meeting with Lotte Department Store CEO Chung Joon Ho, Hanwha Galleria CEO Kim Young Hoon, Shinsegae Department Store CEO Park Joo Hyung, and Hyundai Department Store CEO Jung Ji Young.
He also toured flagship department stores alongside LVMH Group staff, paying particular attention to locations housing Loro Piana, the Italian luxury label under his leadership. His itinerary included visits to Lotte Department Store’s Avenuel Jamsil and main branches, Shinsegae’s Gangnam and main locations, Apgujeong Galleria’s luxury hall, and Hyundai Department Store’s Apgujeong main branch.
Frédéric Arnault is the fourth son of Bernard Arnault, chairman of the global luxury empire LVMH.
Though his visit was framed as business-focused, fans couldn’t help but notice the timing: BLACKPINK’s Lisa held concerts at Goyang Sports Complex in Gyeonggi Province on July 5th and 6th. With the two rumored to be dating since they were first spotted dining together in Paris in July 2023, speculation is swirling again.
While neither Lisa nor Arnault has publicly confirmed the relationship, they’ve been photographed together multiple times, leading the public to largely accept them as a couple. Some are now wondering if Arnault’s recent trip to Seoul wasn’t just about business.
