Park Shin Hye is back—and this time, she’s going undercover.

The star of The Judge from Hell is confirmed to lead Miss Undercover Boss (working title), a new tvN drama slated to premiere in the first half of 2026. The series is a retro office comedy set in the late 1990s, following 30-something elite Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) officer Hong Geum Bo, who goes undercover at a suspicious brokerage firm by disguising herself as a 20-year-old high school graduate employee.

Park Shin Hye will play Hong Geum Bo, an elite financial supervisor who goes undercover as a rookie employee at a securities firm. She’ll juggle the extremes of a cold, career-driven professional and a wide-eyed newcomer, bringing comedic flair to the chaos unfolding in Seoul’s Yeouido financial district. Following the buzz from her dramatic reinvention in The Judge from Hell, fans are eager to see if this becomes another career-defining role.

Ko Kyung Pyo joins the cast as Shin Jung Woo, the newly appointed CEO of Hanmin Securities. A cold-blooded corporate raider who believes numbers never lie, he’s nicknamed Yeouido’s “Unofficial Ice Prince.” Things take a turn when he crosses paths with Hong Jang Mi, who looks just like his former love Geum Bo—it’s her undercover identity.

Ha Yoon Kyung plays Go Bok Hee, Hanmin Securities president’s dedicated secretary and the resident “big sis” in the dorm where Geum Bo moves in undercover. Bok Hee confidently struts through the dull, gray streets of Yeouido in bold outfits, surviving the secretarial trenches with her own set of winning strategies.

Cho Han Gyeol takes on the role of Albert Oh, a cinephile and the privileged grandson of Hanmin’s chairman. Thrust into the company as a classic nepo baby, he has zero interest in business—until a certain mysterious rookie starts shaking things up.

The production team shared, “We’re thrilled to be working with trusted talents like Park Shin Hye, Ko Kyung Pyo, Ha Yoon Kyung, and Cho Han Gyeol. ‘Miss Undercover Boss’ will deliver a refreshing and sharp take on the chaotic intersection of end-of-century confusion and today’s realities.”
