Kim Ji Seok revealed that he and Lee Min Jung spent four hours filming an intense kiss scene for their upcoming drama OK! Let’s Get Divorced.
Kim appeared on Lee Min Jung’s YouTube channel on September 15th where the two talked about their friendship and their experience playing a married couple in the drama.
During a playful lie detector game, Kim asked Lee Min Jung, “Did you feel guilty when you went home after filming a kiss scene with me?”
Lee immediately answered, “No,” and the lie detector confirmed that she was telling the truth.
Surprised, Kim exclaimed, “Really?” before admitting, “I did feel guilty,” making everyone laugh.
Kim then opened up about filming the scene. “I don’t know how it was for you, but it was the first time since my debut that I filmed such a long and intense kiss scene,” he said. “We filmed just the kiss scene for four hours.”
He also revealed that his beard caused an unexpected problem. “I had a beard at the time, so Min Jung’s face got scratched and turned red,” Kim said.
The conversation then turned to whether Lee Min Jung tells her husband about intimate scenes she films for work. “If we were dating, maybe I would tell him,” she said. “But when you’re married and have kids, saying, ‘I’m going to film a kiss scene today’ would be…”
Her unfinished sentence had everyone laughing, with Kim agreeing, “That would be ridiculous.”
Lee Min Jung has been married to actor Lee Byung Hun since 2013, and they have two children. She is currently starring alongside Kim Ji Seok in OK! Let’s Get Divorced, where the two play a married couple.
