Lee Min Jung has addressed recent online speculation about her interactions with actors Lee Byung Hun and Byun Woo Seok.
In a June 23rd video uploaded to her YouTube channel, the actress talked about a luxury brand event she recently attended with her husband.
The discussion came after a short clip went viral online. In the video, Lee Min Jung was seen laughing while looking toward Byun Woo Seok, which led some netizens to speculate that she was seated with her back to her husband, Lee Byung Hun.
Lee Min Jung clarified what actually happened, saying, “I was looking at these jewelry pieces and asked how much they were. It was over 10 billion won.” She added, “We all went, ‘Wow,’ and then Lee Byung Hun jokingly pulled out his wallet and said, ‘Give me two.’ Byun Woo Seok was literally floored laughing.”
She continued, “I even asked him, ‘Do you like jokes like that at your age?’ and he said, ‘Lee Byung Hun is so funny.’ We were just having that kind of conversation, but it ended up looking like I was laughing with my back turned to my husband.”
Meanwhile, Lee Min Jung has been married to actor Lee Byung Hun since 2013. The couple welcomed their first son in 2015 and their second child, a daughter, in December 2023.
