Ma Dong Seok, also known as Don Lee, is mourning the loss of his father.
A representative for the actor confirmed the news on June 2, saying, “His father passed away today.”
The representative added, “We ask for your understanding as we are unable to contact everyone individually during this difficult time. We would be grateful for your prayers and support as we say our final goodbye.”
Ma Dong Seok is reportedly by his family’s side at the funeral home alongside his longtime partner, Ye Jung Hwa.
The funeral service is being held at Samsung Seoul Hospital Funeral Hall in Seoul. The burial is scheduled for June 4th.
