Taemin Stuns on ‘The Jennifer Hudson Show’ Ahead of Historic Coachella Performance

Taemin is making waves in the U.S.

The SHINee star appeared as a guest on The Jennifer Hudson Show, which aired April 1st (Korea time) on FOX, where he performed his first English digital single, Long Way Home. Taking the stage with a stand mic, Taemin delivered a polished performance that drew strong applause.

He also sat down with host Jennifer Hudson for an interview, opening up about his upcoming appearance at Coachella—where he’ll become the first K-pop male solo artist to perform. “It’s an honor and I’m very grateful,” he said. “They say you get three big opportunities in life, and I feel like this is one of them.”

When asked about his future plans as a solo artist, Taemin added, “I’m still evolving. I’m excited to keep showing that growth to everyone.”

Clips shared on the show’s social media also captured him walking through the signature “Spirit Tunnel,” showcasing his effortless stage presence and charm.

In addition to his talk show appearance, Taemin is gearing up for a series of global activities. He’s set to take the stage at Coachella with solo performances on April 11th and 18th.

Meanwhile, Taemin recently signed an exclusive contract with Galaxy Corporation, signaling a new chapter in his career.
