Designer Lee Jung Woo, who is known as the mother-in-law of actress Jun Ji Hyun, recently shared her thoughts about BTS on social media.

She posted, “A leader who speaks English and kids who still can’t speak English after 10 years,” on March 21st. She added, “Still, I love you all,” along with a purple heart emoji and the hashtag ‘#bts,’ showing her affection for the group.

The post was accompanied by a video of BTS’s comeback show ARIRANG, which took place at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul on March 21st.

Her comment sparked mixed reactions. Some netizens criticized her for making the remark, saying things like, “Do you really need to share that?” and “Thanks to BTS, many foreigners are learning Korean.” Others defended her, noting that BTS had joked about this on a live broadcast and pointing out that she said she loved them.
