Kwon Eunbi has revealed she suffered second-degree burns to her face following a climb of Mount Kilimanjaro.
On February 3rd, Kwon Eunbi shared several photos on Instagram, showing close-up images of her nose and upper lip. The visibly irritated skin highlighted the toll the injury took during her recovery.
“This looks like a dermatology clinic photo, but it is my face,” she wrote. “After climbing Kilimanjaro, I got second-degree burns on my nose and lips. I applied ointment every single day without missing one and kept it covered.”
She went on to explain that the damage lingered longer than expected. “As time passed, my skin darkened, I developed pigmentation, and there was redness,” she shared. “But it is getting better.”
In a final update, Kwon Eunbi reassured fans by posting a photo showing her skin largely restored. “My nose… is back,” she wrote with relief.

The singer previously took on the Kilimanjaro climb alongside broadcaster Ro Hong Chul and actress Lee Si Young, making the intense expedition a memorable challenge.
