Disney Plus has officially locked in a February 20 release for its new original series In Your Radiant Season, unveiling the first poster and teaser.
In Your Radiant Season tells the story of Chan, a man who lives every day like an endless summer vacation, and Ran, a woman who has locked herself away in an icy winter. When fate brings them together, the two begin to awaken time that had long been frozen, setting off an unpredictable romance.
The newly released poster highlights the contrast between the two leads. Ha Ran (played by Lee Sung Kyung) carries a cool, composed aura reminiscent of winter, while Chan (Chae Jong Hyeop) radiates warmth and brightness like summer. Their opposing energies hint at the emotional shift that begins when two people, each stuck in their own season, collide.

The teaser captures their first fateful encounter, weaving together fragments of memory and emotion. As Chan struggles with overwhelming flashes of the past, Ran’s voice softly confesses, “I love you, Chan,” suggesting a deeper story hidden beneath their reunion. Chan’s narration follows: “She blew into my deepest winter like a spring breeze, and now she’s standing in front of me again.” Their lingering gazes hint at a bond that goes far beyond a simple second meeting.
As the mystery surrounding their shared past unfolds, viewers are left wondering whether Ran and Chan can overcome old wounds and become the spring that melts each other’s winter.
Anticipation is also high for the pairing of the two leads. Lee Sung Kyung takes on the role of Song Ha Ran, the head designer at Korea’s top high-end fashion house, Nana Kim Atelier. After an unexpected accident in her past, she shuts herself off emotionally, living in a perpetual winter. Chae Jong Hyeop stars as Sun Woo Chan, a globally recognized animator at a Cannes-winning animation studio. While cheerful and upbeat on the surface, Chan carries deep emotional scars, making him a richly layered character.
In Your Radiant Season premieres on Disney+ on February 20th, with new episodes released every Friday and Saturday.
