On October 21st, TVING’s official account posted a short video with the hashtags #TyphoonFamily #LeeJunho #LovelyRunner #ByeonWooseok—and social media exploded.
The clip featured a playful crossover between Junho’s drama Typhoon Family and Byeon Woo Seok’s hit Lovely Runner. In the edit, Typhoon Family’s main character Kang Tae Poong (Lee Junho) is seen keeping watch over a pile of fabric on a freezing winter beach. Suddenly, Seon Jae (Byeon Woo Seok) appears and says, “You look cold. What are you doing out here?”—even wiping his nose, prompting laughter from viewers.

Currently, Lee Junho is starring as Kang Tae Poong in tvN’s weekend drama Typhoon Family, which has already climbed close to 10% ratings by episode four—an early sign of a major hit. Meanwhile, Byeon Woo Seok rose to superstardom following the success of Lovely Runner, which wrapped in May 2024.
