Jeon So Min is back on Running Man. She’ll appear in the October 19th episode of the SBS variety mainstay, filling in while Ji Ye Eun pauses activities for health reasons.
Joining her is first-time guest Yang Se Hyeong, who rides in with Jeon on a motorcycle as the pair make a bold, sunglasses-clad entrance that immediately lights up the set.
Her familiar chemistry with Ji Seok Jin surfaced immediately in playful banter. During an OX quiz for the question “I’ve kissed someone within the past week,” Jeon grinned, then invited Yang Se Chan—her long-teased love interest—onto the set, drawing laughs from teammates. The caption even dubbed her the “Return of the Love Frog,” sparking nostalgic cheers from Running Man fans.
Adding to the excitement, a sibling face-off is on deck between brothers Yang Se Chan and Yang Se Hyung.
Meanwhile, Yoo Jae Seok addressed Ji Ye Eun’s absence on the October 12 episode, clarifying, “To avoid misunderstanding, although Ji Ye Eun once mentioned feeling burned out, her current break has nothing to do with that. A recent health check revealed a condition that requires treatment, and that’s why she’s taking time off.”
Later, Sports Donga reported that Ji Ye Eun was diagnosed with hypothyroidism after visiting the hospital due to fatigue. Her agency, CPN Entertainment, said that since it’s a personal medical matter, they’re unable to provide detailed confirmation.
