Jo Bo Ah opened up about her friendships with fellow actors Lee Dong Wook and Kim Bum.
In the most recent episode of Park Na Rae’s YouTube show “Naraesik,” Jo Bo Ah appeared as a guest and named her Tale of the Nine-Tailed co-stars Lee Dong Wook and Kim Bum as the actors with whom she had the best chemistry.
“The filming itself was comfortable and enjoyable,” Jo shared. “Dong Wook comes across as tsundere [cold on the outside, warm on the inside], while Bum is incredibly sweet and affectionate.”
When host Park Na Rae mentioned that the three actors frequently exchange coffee trucks as gifts, Jo admitted, “I probably sent one first. I just wanted to show my support,” revealing she used coffee trucks as an excuse to express her feelings.
After reading Jo’s messages—with words like “he may seem grumpy, but that’s because he wants to be close to you”—on a coffee truck she sent to Lee Dong Wook, Park Na Rae called it an “instruction manual” for the actor. Jo elaborated, “When you first meet him, it’s easy to misunderstand. You might think, ‘Why is he so prickly? Is he mad at me?’ But that’s actually his way of showing affection. You need to know him for about a year to understand that.”
