Production company With A Studio has released striking new stills of Suzy and Lee Jin Wook in character for the upcoming film 7 O’Clock Luncheon for the Brokenhearted.
7 O’Clock Luncheon for the Brokenhearted is a film adaptation of Baek Young Ok’s 2012 novel of the same name. The story follows Sa Gang (played by Suzy) and Ji Hoon (played by Lee Jin Wook), who each join a morning support group for their own personal reasons. At the club, they exchange “souvenirs of heartbreak,” sharing their stories and pain, and ultimately find their own ways of coping with love lost.
The film announced on April 7th that it had wrapped filming in March 2025, sharing behind-the-scenes stills from the final day on set along with heartfelt messages from the cast.

Suzy shared, “It was a joyful set thanks to the wonderful director and cast. Reading the original novel brought back fond memories, and witnessing its adaptation into a film was a touching experience. Just as I found comfort while playing Sa Gang, I hope audiences will feel a warm sense of healing through this film.”
Lee Jin Wook once again proves his mastery of romance roles through his portrayal of Ji Hoon. He remarked, “While I’m happy the shoot ended safely, I also felt a deep sense of longing. Working with such great actors gave me positive energy throughout the process. I tried to express the many layers of emotions that come with parting, and I hope the audience will relate and find comfort in the story.”
7 O’Clock Luncheon for the Brokenhearted is currently in post-production and is slated for a theatrical release in the winter of 2025.
