tvN has released the first stills from their upcoming series My Dearest Nemesis, starring Moon Ga Young and Choi Hyun Wook.
The romantic comedy follows the story of Baek Su Jung, a team leader known as the “boss slayer,” and Ban Joo Yeon, a chaebol heir hiding his secret identity as an online gamer known as “Black Dragon.”
Moon Ga Young plays Baek Su Jung, who first fell in love with Ban Joo Yeon (Choi Hyun Wook) through an online game, only to have their romance become her most embarrassing “dark history” that she wishes to forget forever. Years later, fate brings them together again as employee and boss in the same company.

Choi’s character, Ban Joo Yeon, harbors a secret: to maintain his image as the heir to the Yongsung conglomerate, he carefully conceals his alter ego as “Black Dragon,” a gaming enthusiast. His perfectly maintained double life faces its biggest crisis when Baek Su Jung discovers his private life.
The production team revealed, “In the drama, Moon Ga Young creates her most embarrassing history after meeting her first love, Black Dragon, at an offline meetup with her online gaming guild members,” adding, “Please look forward to episode 1, where the reason behind Moon Ga Young and Choi Hyun Wook’s embarrassing first love story will be revealed.”
They also shared insight into Choi’s role: “In the series, Choi Hyun Wook perfectly hides his full-on otaku persona—who loves manga, figurines, and rock music—behind his cold and meticulous social identity. Please anticipate the process of how Moon Ga Young discovers this side of him, and his charming duality as he switches between charismatic department head and adorable Black Dragon.”
My Dearest Nemesis premieres February 17th.
