A netizen, identified as “A,” claimed to have seen the two at a bar in Seoul’s Cheongdam district. The individual shared several photos and videos, commenting, “It must be nice with so many joint schedules coming up for the end of the year.”
The netizen further stated, “I have more from other days, but I’ll hold back for now,” and claimed, “Winter left first in a taxi, and Jungwon followed afterward.” As the post gained traction and sparked controversy, the original poster deleted it.

In response to the rumors, SM Entertainment, Winter’s agency, firmly denied the allegations. A representative stated, “The person who shared the photos attempted to contact us through a media outlet to demand money. However, the media outlet refused, explaining that they do not facilitate reports motivated by financial gain. The individual became upset and impulsively shared the pictures. We are now planning to take legal action.”
BELIFT LAB, ENHYPEN’s agency, also denied the rumors. A representative told MyDaily, “The dating rumors are not true. We will take strong action against any acts that invade our artists’ privacy or create and spread malicious rumors.”

As an American, it just stuns me when I read about a dating scandal. A scandal would be if one of the couple were married or in a relationship with another. American actors can date, even get married, and fans don’t go beserk about it. When will Korea move out of this phase?
