Ko Kyung Pyo is set to release a new remake single. His agency, CLN Company, announced that “We Were In Love (2024)” will be available on all major digital music platforms on Wednesday.

This track is a fresh reinterpretation of Lyn’s hit ballad “We Were In Love,” infused with Ko’s unique sensibility and emotional vocal style. Following his standout performance on The Seasons—Zico’s Artist this summer, the decision was made to officially release the song, allowing fans to experience the magic of that live moment in a studio recording.

After his performance video went viral, social media was abuzz with praise from fans. Comments ranged from “This is the ultimate Ko Kyung Pyo stan attractor” to “The emotional depth is unreal” and “You can’t listen just once.” The video’s authenticity and raw emotion resonated deeply with viewers, racking up over 7.5 million views and drawing attention to his musical talents outside of acting.

In addition to this musical surprise, Ko Kyung Pyo is preparing to meet his fans in person at the 2024 KOKYUNGPYO FANMEETING [KOKYUNGPYO SHOW] on December 8 at Baegam Art Hall.

This marks Ko’s first fan meeting in nearly eight years, since his last one in 2016, and expectations are high that he will once again recreate the emotionally charged live performance of “We Were In Love” for fans at the event.

From releasing a heartfelt remake to hosting an intimate fan meeting, Ko has shown his dedication to his fans at every step. Whether through his main career as an actor, his appearances on variety shows, or his musical endeavors, Ko Kyung Pyo continues to captivate his audience. As he continues to evolve as an entertainer, all eyes are on what he will do next.
