A new idol couple may be on the horizon. Rumors are swirling that HyunA and Yong Junhyung might be getting married in October.
YTN exclusively reported today that HyunA and Yong Junhyung will be getting married on October 11th in Seoul. In response to this, a representative from Yong Junhyung’s agency cautiously told Dong-A Ilbo that they are “checking the facts.”
In January, HyunA and Yong Junhyung announced their relationship directly by posting a photo of them holding hands on their respective Instagram accounts. At the time, Yong Junhyung wrote on his fan community, saying, “We’re really enjoying getting to know each other, and it brings us so much joy. We would be so grateful if you could cheer us on!”
HyunA and Yong Junhyung were previously signed under Cube Entertainment, and Yong Junhyung participated in HyunA’s solo debut song, “Change.” The two officially confirmed their relationship in January of this year.

Yong Junhyung’s agency, BLACK MADE, released a statement on July 8th, confirming the singer’s marriage to HyunA.
“Yong Junhyung and HyunA have decided to hold a wedding ceremony in October with their close acquaintances based on their deep affection and trust for each other. We would be grateful if you could show your warm attention and congratulations to Yong Junhyung, who is opening a new chapter in his life as a husband,” the agency stated.
Earlier, HyunA’s agency also stated: “Hyuna has promised to marry Yong Junhyung, who has been a great comfort to each other in difficult times. They will hold a ceremony with their close acquaintances in October and start a new life. We express our gratitude to all of you who have always supported them with warm eyes, and we ask for your blessings on Hyuna’s future, who has made a big decision as an artist and as a person.”
