The 30th Screen Actors Guild Awards paid tribute to the late Lee Sun Kyun.
The 30th SAG Awards took place on February 24th in Los Angeles, USA. The SAG Awards is an awards ceremony held by the Screen Actors Guild, the world’s largest actors’ union, to honor actors who have worked in film and television.
At the ceremony, an “In Memoriam” video was shown to commemorate and remember the actors who passed away last year. The video included a segment of the late Lee Sun Kyun, who starred in the film Parasite. Lee Sun Kyun attended last year’s SAG Awards for Parasite and won the Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture award, the highest honor given to the entire cast of a film.

Naomi Watts, who presented the award, delivered a message of condolence, saying, “We have lost many extraordinary actors this past year. Their absence is deeply felt because they touched the world with their talent.”
