Seo In Guk and Park So Dam, the stars of the new TVING original series Death’s Game, have teamed up with ELLE magazine.
Death’s Game is a fantasy drama about a man named Choi Yi Jae who is about to take a plunge into hell. The story kicks off as he undergoes 12 cycles of life and death just before descending into the inferno.
In an interview after the photoshoot, Park So Dam revealed, “I have really wanted to do this kind of genre. When I read the script, I could not picture what would happen in the latter part of the story. But filming the show without knowing the full storyline was not just challenging but fascinating.” Seo In Guk showed his affection for the series and said, “Personally, I’m a big fan of time-loop projects. So, I was very excited to star in the drama of this fresh genre.”
The two stars also talked about how their co-stars are ready for their respective roles. Seo In Guk said, “So Dam was not just a character from the original work, but also created her own character that exists neither in the original nor the drama adaptation.” Regarding his performance, So Dam remarked, “I could not take my eyes off him during our first table read because he was literally Yi Jae himself from my imagination. He even made me feel like I wasn’t ready yet for my role compared to him.”
