Yim Si Wan and Jung Hae In are teaming up for a new travel-themed reality show.
On May 15th, JTBC confirmed to Newsen, “Yim Si Wan and Jung Hae In are departing for Scotland today to film for the new travel show tentatively titled Actors on the Road: First Trip Together for the 88ers. The airing schedule is still under discussion.”
Actors on the Road: First Trip Together for the 88ers is a new show that combines alcohol and travel. This new project by Oh Chung, whose credits include tvN’s TAXI and Olive’s Chicken Road, features two stars visiting renowned whiskey distilleries in Scotland and rejoicing in their passions of alcohol and travel.
Yim Si Wan and Jung Hae In, both born in 1988 and turning 36 this year, are well-known best friends in the entertainment industry. Particularly interesting is the fact that they have never worked on the same project before. This new travel show is expected to showcase fresh chemistry between the two.
Meanwhile, Jung Hae In is slated to return with the second season of Netflix’s D.P. later this year, while Yim Si Wan is waiting for the release of his upcoming movie Road to Boston, set to hit the screen in September.
