The new photos of Our Blooming Youth capture the busy daily life of a cursed crown prince.
tvN’s new Monday-Tuesday drama Our Blooming Youth released the new character stills of Park Hyung Sik as Crown Prince Yi Hwan of Joseon.
Yi Hwan is the crown prince with a handsome face and an arrogant personality. He even has a photographic memory and a brain that never forgets what he’s seen and brilliant martial art skills. However, the book of ghosts that contains all kinds of curses is slowly closing in on him. If anyone finds out about the book, there will be a backlash from the courtier who’ll question his qualifications as the future king. That’s why Yi Hwan is all out to overcome the curse and keep his position.
From reading books to polishing his martial art skills, the released photos show the busy daily life of the crown prince. However, he’s seen in pain in the last photo – possibly because of the book of ghosts.
The production team shared, “Please watch Park Hyung Sik’s performance to delicately express the narrative of Yi hwan, who hides his deep scars behind his cold expression.”
Meanwhile, Our Blooming Youth will premiere on February 6th at 8:50 PM KST.
