Just like he did in JTBC’s Reborn Rich as Jin Do Joon, Song Joong Ki successfully achieved in earning millions of dollars with his excellent investment strategies.
iNews24 reported on December 12th that the actor’s Itaewon house has doubled in value.
Song Joong Ki purchased a 6,458-square-foot house for $7.65 million in November 2016. Once reported as his newlywed home, the property was reconstructed in February 2020 following his divorce announcement. Eight months later, on February 8th, it was transformed into a two-story building with three basement levels with a total floor area of about 10,689 square feet.
The property has estimated to have doubled in value over the last six years and is now priced at $13.77 million to $15.3 million. As it is located in the high-end village in Itaewon, its housing value is expected to continue to rise even amid the economic crisis.
Song Joong Ki currently lives in Nine One Hannam in Seoul, where a unit is priced at $7.27 million. He also reportedly owns two other properties in and out of the country: Eterno Cheongdam and a 1779.16 square feet condo in Hawaii, which reportedly are priced at $11.5 million and $20.65 million, respectively.
