Jeon Jong Seo and Moon Sang Min are in talks to star in a new drama titled Wedding Impossible (literal title).
On November 7th, an industry insider revealed that Jeon Jong Seo and Moon Sang Min had been offered the lead roles in the upcoming drama. Wedding Impossible (literal title) is a romance drama that follows the story of clashing desires and an opposed marriage. Goo Chan Yeol, a gay chaebol heir, proposes a fake marriage to a struggling actress Oh Da Jung but soon confronts problems as his ambitious younger brother steps forward to end their relationship. The series is based on a popular KakaoPage web novel of the same name written by Song Jung Won.
The actress’ agency ANDMARQ told Sports Chosun that she is positively reviewing the offer. On the other hand, Moon Sang Min has not given a clear answer to the offer yet, but it is highly likely that he will star in the show.
Jeon Jong Seo has been offered to play a struggling actress named Oh Da Jung who agrees to a fake marriage offered by Chan Yeol, a gay brother of Goo Jung Yeol.
Moon Sang Min is in discussion for the role of Goo Jung Yeol, a fourth-generation chaebol who has lived his entire life on the road of honesty. Goo Jung Yeol has successfully become a “clean” fourth-generation chaebol for winning the trust of his colleagues by concealing his identity and being employed as an ordinary employee only on merit. Despite this, he hides a side of himself that is completely different from the mask he wears on a daily basis.
The drama is in its final stage of casting and will begin filming as soon as the cast gets finalized.
