Disney Plus confirmed the release date for Casino starring Choi Min Sik, Son Suk Ku and Lee Dong Hwi.
The drama tells the story of a man named Cha Mu Sik, once dubbed the king of the casino, who lost everything he had in an unfortunate chain of events. The man returns to the gambling scene, this time betting his life.
The three character posters have Choi Min Sik as legendary casino king Cha Mu Sik, Son Suk Ku as the first Korean Desk agent in the Philippines named Oh Seung Hoon and Lee Dong Hwi as Cha Mu Sik’s right-hand man Jung Pal.
Choi Min Sik is expected to portray his role as Cha Mu Sik, who has lived an incredibly dynamic life as he rose to the top from a poverty-stricken life. The poster captures Son Suk Ku as charismatic Oh Seung Hoon, who butts heads with Cha Mu Sik as he investigates a murder case. Lee Dong Hwi will transform into Jung Pal, the loyal hand man of Cha Mu Sik, and will show his versatility as an actor.
Casino will premiere on December 21st.
