Alchemy of Souls is a fantasy romance drama set in a country that doesn’t exist in history or on maps. It follows the protagonists whose fate has been twisted due to the soul-changing magic.
Lee Jae Wook plays Jang Wook, a nobel but somewhat pitiful young master of the Jang Family. Hwang Minhyun takes on the role of Seo Yul, a genius nobleman of the prestigious Seo Family. Additionally, Shin Seung Ho plays a grumpy prince, while Yoo In Soo plays Park Dang Goo, the heir to Songrim, the biggest company in the country.
For the photoshoot, these four actors – nicknamed “Hwanhonz” – posed in a space that looks like a magnificent piece of painting.
In an interview conducted afterward, they showed off their friendship. “We grew very close because we’re all around the same age,” they said. “After we formed a connection, we could talk so easily to each other. It was so comfortable and fun to be around each other, so the atmosphere on the scene also improved. We often go out to eat together.”
