DKZ will disband after seven years since their debut.

Dongyo Entertainment made an announcement on April 15th, stating, “We have decided to end the group’s activities after the events scheduled until May 31st, after talking with the members.”

The agency thanked the members for their hard work, especially Jaechan and Juone, who led the group for seven years, and Sehyeon, Mingyu and Jiseok, who joined in 2022 and became strong supporters.

However, the members will not leave the agency. Jaechan and Juone, the longest-standing members, have renewed their contracts.

The agency added, “The members will begin individual activities in June,” and “We will fully support their future projects.”

DKZ debuted in 2019 as Dongkiz. The group went through several changes with members joining and leaving, and they later changed their name to DKZ.
