On May 10th, Japanese Artist Yukimasa Ida posted a photo of himself with BIGBANG’s T.O.P on his Twitter account. He wrote, “I finally met BIGBANG’s T.O.P. I was happy to hear that he had my work. He told me in Japanese, ‘I am your biggest fan,’ so I replied to him, ‘Nope, I am your biggest fan.'”
T.O.P was also spotted in other photos that Japanese billionaire entrepreneur Yusaku Maezawa had uploaded. He posted photos of himself with the singer on May 10th, with the caption that said, “It was very nice meeting T.O.P again. Written in front of a Jean-Michel Basquiat painting that will be sold at the May 18th Phillips Auction.”
The two were sighted playfully posing in front of Jean-Michel Basquiat’s painting. Looks like T.O.P has been keeping himself busy as an art collector and curator.
そしてBIGBANGのT.O.Pさんともついに会えました。
作品何点かコレクションいただいていたので嬉しかった。

When the rapper parted ways with YG Entertainment in April with the termination of his exclusive contract, he introduced himself as an art collector in an interview and joined the ArtScience Museum in Singapore as a co-curator.
