Lee Se Hee became the candidate for the female lead in the new KBS drama True Swordsmanship (literal title).
According to Sports Today, Young Lady and Gentleman actress Lee Se Hee was offered the lead role in True Swordsmanship and is positively reviewing it.
True Swordsmanship tells the story of a prosecutor armed with courage and bravado who brings justice for the weak and poor while destroying all corruption within the government and prosecution. Previously, it was reported that Do Kyung Soo, aka EXO’s D.O., is in talks to play the male lead.
Lee Se Hee made her debut in the 2019 web drama How to Get Your Ex Back. Since then, she appeared in JTBC’s Live On and tvN’s Hospital Playlist 2. Currently, she’s showing impressive performance as a female lead in the hit KBS weekend series Young Lady and Gentleman.
Meanwhile, True Swordsmanship will begin its filming in the first half of 2022.
