Apink’s Jeong Eun Ji will take legal action against her stalker.

Previously, the artist had vented out her anger over the constant stalking and invasion of privacy. Last month, she took her personal Twitter account to express her frustration.

At the time, she wrote, “There are people who come to my house these days. Not only do I detest such action, but it is inflicting damage on my neighbors as well. I don’t think I can respect people who only put their own feelings and themselves first.”

On Wednesday, her agency officially filed a lawsuit against the stalker. “We have asked the perpetrator who has made persistent and malicious stalking attempts not to approach the artist repeatedly. But despite our request, his stalking has only gotten worse, even coming to her home. We are responding to the serious damages that our artist is suffering.”

“If such damage continues in the future, we will continue to take strong legal action,” the company added. “We will do our best to protect the rights and interests of our artists.”
