Blackpink’s Rosé Unveils the Acoustic Version of “Gone” for the First Time on ‘Sea of Hope’

Blackpink’s Rosé will color the night sea of Pohang with her beautiful voice.

Later today, JTBC’s Sea of Hope will air the last performance of the Pohang Bar.

And for the performance, part-timer Rosé will unveil one last cover of a pop song. Earlier, she covered John Mayar and Alicia Keys’ songs and received glowing reviews from the original artists. Rosé’s clips on the “Sea of Hope” YouTube channel have already garnered millions of views.

Besides the cover song, Rosé will sing an acoustic version of her solo title song “Gone.” Especially on this day, Rosé couldn’t hide her nervousness as it was the first time that she sang the song live in front of audiences. She said, “It’s my first time singing the song in front of people. It’ll be a meaningful moment.”

In addition, Rosé chose NELL’s “Time Walking On Memory” as her next song, saying that it was her favorite song for a long time.

For the finale of Pohang Bar’s last performance, the song that everyone could enjoy together was also played. Rosé and AKMU’s Lee Suhyun formed the “Dance Sister” to perform shaker dance to Yoon Jong Shin’s rhythmic guitar. The upcoming episode will air today at 9 PM KST.
