TV series Healer, starring Ji Chang Wook, Park Min Young, and Yoo Ji Tae, will be reborn as a webtoon.

KBS’s Healer aired from December 2014 to February 2015, gaining a huge fanbase overseas. And six years after its finale, it is back as a webtoon. Earlier, Fight For My Way also confirmed its webtoon production, raising expectations for the upcoming drama-adapted webtoons.

Healer is an action romance series about the youths who thought of justice and politics as “a bunch of nonsense” fighting against the world left behind by their parents. A star reporter, a second-rate journalist, and a man by the code name “Healer” join hands to dig into the secrets of the incident that brought them together.

Thanks to its success, Healer won the Best Couple Award, Popularity Award (Ji Chang Wook), and Excellence Award (Park Min Young) at the 2016 KBS Drama Awards.

Meanwhile, Healer webtoon will be published on Naver and Kakao’s webtoon platforms.
