Cha Hak Yeon, aka VIXX’s N, may be joining Bad and Crazy.
According to media outlets, Cha was offered to star in the new OCN series Bad and Crazy, and he is contemplating starring in the series.
Bad and Crazy is a superhero series that revolves around the protagonist who has lived his entire life as a materialistic detective. But one day, he transforms into a superhero who fights against police corruption when a hidden persona named “K” awakens inside them. For the project, The Uncanny Counter director Yoo Sun Dong and writer Kim Sae Bom reunited.
If he joins the production, Cha will play a police officer who works in Muui Provincial Police Agency. Earlier, Lee Dong Wook and Wi Ha Joon confirmed that they’re contemplating playing the protagonist. If they are officially cast, Lee Dong Wook will turn into defective Soo Yeol, while Wi Ha Joon plays “K,” Soo Yeol’s alter ego.
Currently, Cha is starring in tvN series Mine as Kim Seo Hyung and Park Hyuk Kwon’s son. The actor had finished filming his part in Mine on June 11th.
Bad and Crazy will begin filming as soon as the cast lineup is completed. It will most likely premiere in the latter half of this year.
