Kim Hye Soo, Yeom Jung Ah, Jo In Sung and Park Jung Min Join Star-Studded Cast of Upcoming Movie, ‘Smuggler’

Ryu Seung Wan’s new movie Smugglers (literal title) completed a star-studded cast list.

On June 11th, NEW announced the fancy cast list of its new tentpole movie Smugglers: Kim Hye Soo, Yum Jung Ah, Jo In Sung, Park Jung Min, Go Min Si, Kim Jong Soo, and more. According to their press release, the filming began on the 5th and will continue for the next five months.

Smugglers is an action crime film set in the 1970s in a small, peaceful village by the sea. It centers around the two women who accidentally tangle up with a high-stakes smuggling scheme.

Along with the news, NEW unveiled the photo of the first table read. The group of A-list stars catches the eyes, and the fact that Kim Hye Soo, Yum Jung Ah, and Jo In Sung have gathered for the first time raises the expectations.

On top of that, Time to Hunt actor Park Jung Min, Youth of May actress Go Min Si, and Samjin Company English Class actor Kim Jong Soo have completed the cast list with their flawless chemistry.

Meanwhile, director Ryu will meet the audience this summer with Escape from Mogadishu, starring Kim Yoon Seok and Jo In Sung.
