The new film Drive confirmed the casting of Park Ju Hyun, Kim Yeo Jin, Kim So Yoon, and Jung Woong In and began filming on June 1st.
Drive is a driving action thriller that follows a popular online streamer trapped in the trunk of a running car. Throughout the movie, she will broadcast her struggle to escape the trunk live.
Park Ju Hyun takes on the role of Han Yu Na, the popular online streamer who gets trapped in the trunk of a car. Since the beginning of her career, the actress has shown off her presence, including Netflix’s Extracurricular and tvN’s Mouse. In the film, Han Yu Na is in charge of an extreme thrill as she has to earn a huge amount of money from her YouTube broadcast so she won’t be killed.
Vincenzo actress Kim Yeo Jin turns into detective Park Jung Sook, the only person who trusts Han and her situation. Plus, Kim Do Yoon was cast as producer Choi, the head of Han’s agency who gets swept up in the incident alongside Han. Jung Woong In plays director Na Jin Soo who uses Han’s ambition to his own advantage.
Drive is director Park Dong Hee’s feature film debut. Park expressed his desire to produce “a speedy thriller film that runs nonstop.”
