Netflix revealed Move to Heaven‘s behind-the-scenes pictures to celebrate the show’s premiere on May 14th.
Move to Heaven follows Geu Ru (Tang Jun Sang), a trauma cleaner with Asperger syndrome, and his guardian Sang Gu (Lee Je Hoon). They help the departed deliver their untold stories to the people who they loved. The released photos feature the crew working together energetically, including Lee Je Hoon; Tang Jun Sang; Hong Seung Hee; Ji Jin Hee; Choi Soo Young, the director Kim Sung Ho. You can also see how friendly they are to one another when they’re on a break.
Lee Je Hoon, who was the light of the party, said, “I was able to focus on my work in the friendly environment. Thanks to Tang Jun Sang and Hong Seung Hee, who took my jokes. I’m very grateful to them.” And Tang Jun Sang and Hong Seung Hee shared, “It’s a very heart-warming set. We feel honored to be here.”
Move to Heaven is inspired by the essay Things Left Behind by Kim Sae Byul, a former trauma cleaner. It deals with the neglected tragedy around us, such as lonely deaths, industrial accidents, dating abuse, and adoption. The actors who felt touched by the sincerity joined the project and created a heartwarming and moving series.
