BTS will be returning to the K-pop scene with a new song, “Butter,” on May 21st.
On Tuesday, BTS announced the release of their new single Butter via its fan platform Weverse.
“Butter” is dance-pop music that captures BTS’s soft yet charismatic charms in an exciting and cheerful song. This is the group’s second English song following “Dynamite,” released on August 21st last year.
According to the announcement, Butter will be released simultaneously around the world on May 21st at 1 PM KST.
In March, BTS marked a new milestone in the history of K-pop when they became the first group to win the Grammy nomination. Recently, the group won several nominations, including “International Group,” at the 2021 BRIT Awards.
