Mr. Queen and The Uncanny Counter, these two dramas are dominating the weekend small screen.

Since its first episode, Mr. Queen got embroiled in controversy over distortion in history and came severely under fire for remaking a work that includes “anti-Korean sentiments.” However, it seems like such controversies only helped the drama see a rise in viewership as the most recent episode garnered 9.0% viewer ratings, which is its all-time high record.

OCN’s The Uncanny Counter recorded 7.7% for its 7th episode, showing a constant rise in viewership. It’s 2549 viewership (ONC’s target range) rose up to 6.4%, setting yet another best record.

On the other hand, despite its star-studded cast, JTBC’s Hush continued to show a decline to 2.3%. KBS’s Homemade Love Story recorded 30.3% rating, while TV Chosun’s The Goddess of Revenge shows a slight rise to 2.8%. SBS’s Delayed Justice won’t air till next year.
