BTS releases concept photos of each member of their new album BE. And the first runner is V.
On November 2, BTS unveiled two concept photos of V. One shows him coolly lounging in a green-toned room while the other is a close-up shot that focuses on V’s face.
Starting with V, BTS’s BE concept photos will revolve around the concept of “room” that embodies the members’ personalities and tendencies. These rooms, decorated with different colors and moods, were carefully chosen by reflecting on each member’s opinions.
V’s room is a space where walls, doors, and red velvet sofas are mixed with subtle green and white colors, and props such as violins and ceramics are symmetrical placed, reminiscent of a small art gallery. In particular, the picture in the frame was taken by V himself.
The individual concept photos will also be posted on Big Hit Entertainment’s official website, and you can click on the props in the photo to listen to the audio guides recorded by the members themselves.
Through his audio guide, V welcomed fans to his room and said, “What objects in this room do you think best represent me? It’s hard for me to single out any one thing because each object really reflects the ambiance I feel is me, but if I had to choose one, that’s the picture behind me. I think it’s more meaningful because it’s a picture I took myself. I was able to express with what I saw through the viewfinder, both how I see the world and myself within that space, which is why it’s the one thing in this room that represents me the best.”
