MBC’s representative entertainment program How Do You Play? donated 74 million won to provide meals for undernourished children through the Community Chest of Korea.
Through the various alter-egos of Yoo Jae Suk, including trot singer Yoo San Seul, How Do You Play? has donated a total of 290 million won to places where help is needed.
According to the wishes of the How Do You Play? production team, the 74 million won made through the sale of Yoo San Seul calendars will be donated to help undernourished children at the National Children’s Support Center.
Park Sung Jae, the president of MBC, said, “As a broadcasting company, MBC has a tradition of embarking on donation projects through our variety shows with our viewers. We will continue to give back to our viewers through fun variety shows that bring out laughter and emotion.”
MBC previously donated a total of � 6.7 billion won through Infinite Challenge. MBC plans to donate more through other shows and projects, such as SSAK3, I Live Alone, and more.
