TWICE will hold an online concert on August 9th.
TWICE announced their online concert, “Beyond LIVE – TWICE : World in A Day,” on their official social media accounts.
Through the concept of “holding a world tour in one day,” TWICE plans to communicate with fans all over the world through an online stage.
TWICE proved their incredible growth especially after their first world tour and grew a big fandom. The group is now planning to see fans worldwide again digitally.
Beyond LIVE, the online concert streaming platform that TWICE will use for “World in A Day,” utilizes advanced Augmented Reality technology, digital interactions, gorgeous artwork, and more in online performances.
This will also be the first time that artists not under SM Entertainment will use the Beyond LIVE platform. TWICE is also the very first girl group to perform on Beyond LIVE.
SM revealed, “Starting with TWICE, there will be various Korean and overseas artists who will perform through the platform.”
Beyond LIVE is a platform that was developed as a result of an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) between SM Entertainment and Naver.
SM Entertainment’s boy groups like SuperM, WayV, NCT DREAM, NCT 127, TVXQ, and Super Junior have already performed on Beyond LIVE.
“Beyond LIVE – TWICE : World in A Day,” will be held on August 9th at 3:00 PM.
