Singer Kim Wooseok revealed that he completely paid off his parents’ debut by himself.
On July 15th, Wooseok appeared as a guest on MBC’s Radio Star.
Kim Wooseok, who debuted in boy group UP10TION in 2015, said, “I received a lot of help from my parents. My parents’ debut was around 100 million won, but I paid it all off once I started making money.”
He also talked about what he did with his first paycheck: “I wanted to flex with my first paycheck, but I couldn’t go out because of COVID-19. So I ordered food using a food delivery app. I like seafood, and I found that the pufferfish set was the most expensive dish. One dish was around 128,000 won, so I ordered two servings of it. That was my best flex after I started making money.”
