Lee Da Hee and Choi Si Won will turn into best friends, going back and forth between flirting and fighting.
ENA’s new Wednesday-Thursday drama Love That Will Freeze To Death (literal title) tells a realistic love story of Yeo Reum and Jae Hoon, who’ve been best friends for 20 years, start feeling new feelings after becoming the producer and cast member of a dating game show. It comes from Pegasus Market writer Kim Sol Ji and Hush director Choi Gyu Sik.
On Wednesday, the show confirmed the casting of Lee Da Hee and Choi Si Won. Lee Da Hee plays Koo Yeo Reum, a variety show director with 10 years of experience who’s desperate about her work and love life. Every project she takes part in gets canceled, so when she’s put in charge of the dating game show “Kingdom of Love,” no one can stop her.
Choi Si Won steps into the role of Park Jae Hoon, a freelancing plastic surgeon who’s lost all passion both in his work and love life. Living upstairs and downstairs with Koo Yeo Reum, he’s her neighbor and best friend. When he decides to appear in “Kingdom of Love” for Yeo Reum, he finds himself at the crossroads of a once-in-a-lifetime choice.
Meanwhile, Love That Will Freeze To Death will premiere in October.
