While the main trailer for Go Back surpasses 1.1 million views amid sincere support of netizens, the new still photos were unveiled.

Go Back is a crime drama about a child who disappeared on the day of the kidnapping, a social worker angry at the parents who abused the child, a police officer suspicious of a social worker, and a courageous confession of a child who appeared.

Oh Soon, played by Park Ha Sun, overcomes the pain of being abused by her father and becomes a child welfare worker to help abused children. She cannot tolerate injustice and often causes trouble with abusive parents. At the 24th Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival, Park won the “Fantastic Best Actor Award” for her overwhelming performance.

Ha Yoon Jung plays Ji Won, a highly-driven rookie police officer. She chose to become a police due to the incident she experienced as a student and even worked as a face of various anti-violence movements, but the reality is still harsh. Her unique gut feelings will be a device that lets the audience get more immersed in the story.

Child actor Yoo Se Hyun takes on the role of abused child Bo Ra and builds special solidarity with Park Ha Sun and Ha Yoon Kyung while approaching the audience emotionally and delivering a greater echo. On top of that, Seo Young Hwa, who won the best actress award at the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival for the first time in Korea for her role in Winter’s Night, and Jung Eun Pyo add more emotions to the film with their unique colors.

Go Back puts the spotlight on the uncomfortable or neglected issue, but it never portrays children’s scars in a violent or provocative manner. The film was helmed by director Seo Eun Young, who won the Daemyung Culture Wave Award at the Busan International Film Festival with her debut film Overman.

Meanwhile, Go Back will be released in February.
